Dear Royal Pitches —
My name is Mrs. Kyle Hopkins, and I am the faculty advisor to the newly formed Buffalo Seminary a cappella group, The Semachords. Sem is the only non-sectarian all-girls high school in Buffalo (in Elmwood Village). I, myself, am a former Smith College Smiffenpoof (back in the mid 80’s). I’m writing because I would love the Semachords to take a field trip up town to visit you guys in action, whether it is your first concert, or even better, a rehearsal. What do you think?
